We recommend using a minimum 2.0A charger and cable (Syrox brand products or the supplied charging cable). Using a low amperage charger may cause your charger to overheat and charge the battery late.

You can charge 2 devices at the same time with a minimum 2.0A charging cable, but the charging speed will be slower.

Charging the device with the powerbank at the same time while charging the powerbank may decrease the battery life and increase the risks. In order for the phone and powerbank battery to last longer, you should start charging when your charge is at least 20%.

Using a power bank and charger with PD (Power Delivery) Feature on new generation, fast charging phones will allow you to fill your battery faster.

With a 10,000 mAh powerbank, you can charge a 2,500 mAh battery approximately 3 times. In today's battery technology, approximately 25% is lost from battery to battery. Conditions such as battery health, device usage during charging may give different results.

Charging a powerbank with two separate chargers does not make it charge fast. For example, if its 2 separate inputs are 2.0A - 2.0A, it can only be charged at 1.0A - 1.0A, not 4.0A.

Please do not use the product if the device swells, deforms, leaks, or has significantly reduced capacity. Hand over to local electronic recycling points. To avoid battery damage or safety hazards, do not open the powerbank case and do not interfere in any way.
